Vegetarian Miso Noodle Soup 🍜
Easily made without the egg😊
Start by finely chopping up a medium brown onion. Fry this off for about 5-7 mins until it is translucent. Then add 3 cloves of minced garlic and 1teaspoon of minced garlic.
Let this fry off and then add 3 teaspoons of miso paste, several cups of vegetable stock, some oyster sauce and some soy sauce. Add some cumin, ground coriander and dried ginger.
Finely chop up a red onion and some pak choi. Add these to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes.
Then add some beansprouts and your noodles. Simmer until the noodles are cooked through.
Add in a teaspoon of brown sugar for some sweetness.
Boil some eggs for a final touch and serve!
