Vegan Raspberries & Peanut Butter Bars πŸ₯œ

Yummy and healthy snack to eat throughout the week πŸ₯° wellnessbykay recipe

INGREDIENTS:

πŸ“Œ2 ripe bananas
πŸ“Œ1/4 cup peanut butter ( i used crunchy)
πŸ“Œ2 cups rolled oats
πŸ“Œ3/4 cup almond milk
πŸ“Œ1/2 cup raspberries (or any other berry)
πŸ“Œ1tsp vanilla extract
πŸ“Œ2tsps cinnamon powder
πŸ“Œ2tsps baking powder
πŸ“Œpinch of salt

METHOD:
-preheat your oven to 180 celcius
-in a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas
-add in the peanut butter, almond milk and vanilla extract and mix well
-then add in the oats, cinnamon, baking powder and pinch of salt
-finally stir in the berries

-transfer this to a baking dish and top with some more berries
-bake for 20 mins
– let cool for 15 mins so it sets (i know its hard)
