Prawn Tacos with Apple & Avocado Salsa 🍤🍎🥙

Pre-season the prawn with some garlic, paprika, olive oil and salt and pepper. Then finely slice a red onion and cook until soft. Add in the precooked prawns for a few minutes

For the salsa, add:
1 apple
2 handfuls of fresh parsley
The juice of one lemon
1 avocado
2 tablespoons of natural greek yoghurt

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Add some grated cheese to the wraps and pop them into the grill for a few minutes until crispy but still soft in the middle

Plate it all up and add some cherry tomatoes

This one took me about 20 minutes and is full of flavour!!
