Prawn & Mushroom Tagliatelle 🍤🍤
Yes I am coming to you with yet another pasta dish because, well, pasta = life
Halve 2 or 3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes and fry with some olive oil and butter on high heat until softened. Then mince about 6 cloves of garlic (trust me) and add to the tomatoes. Chop up your mushrooms and add them into the mix. Fry until they have softened.
Add in the seasoned prawns and a few tablespoons of parmesan. If you have some spinach, add that in too!
Season it all with some salt/pepper, paprika, basil and parsley and once the pasta is a few minutes before cooking, drain and add it to the sauce. Finish cooking it with the sauce so the pasta soaks up all that flavaaaa
finally squeeze in the juice of a lemon for some acidity and of course, more parmesan.
