My Tomato Bruschetta πŸ…

The base works best with Sourdough bread and to make it extra tasty, rub a whole fresh garlic (or two) all over them.
For the topping just mix in halved heritage cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil and some pesto – easy peasy.
Last but definitely not least is the drizzle of balsamic glaze. The glaze adds some sweetness to the acidity of the tomatoes and plus, it looks pretty!
