Mumma’s Chicken Soup 🍲
This one is bound to warm up your tummy and your heart 💕
Finely chop a brown onion and fry until softened. Add in 2 minced fresh garlic cloves. Peel and grate 3-4 medium sized carrots and add to the saucepan, fry this for about 5 minutes to soften the carrots and allow for the beautiful orange colour to come out.
Then add in your boiled water, a chicken stock cube and mix.
Peel and chop your potatoes and chicken into small pieces and add to the soup. Season with onion/garlic powder and parsley.
Let this simmer for about 15 minutes and then add in your cooked rice. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes and add in some fresh parsley.
