Lemon & Garlic Seabass 🍋
Chop up your potatoes into pretty small pieces and season with oregano, basil, parsley salt and pepper. Pop that into the oven for about 25 minutes, mixing halfway.
Once there is about 10 minutes left of the potatoes, fry the preseasoned (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder) seabass in some olive oil.
Fry up your mushrooms and asparagus and lightly season with salt and pepper.
Set the seabass aside and in the same pan, add a teaspoon of unsalted butter, 3 cloves of chopped garlic and a handful of fresh parsley. Let the garlic brown up and then set aside. Add the juice of half a lemon and stir.
