Homemade Gyozas ๐ŸฅŸ๐ŸฅŸ

Did not expect this to be so good but wowwww

For the dough:

๐Ÿ“Œ 1 cup all purpose flour
๐Ÿ“Œ 1/4 tsp salt
๐Ÿ“Œ1/4 cup boiling water

– Sieve the flour into a large bowl
– boil the water and mix in the salt
-add the boiling water to the flour bit by bit, mixing as you go along
– knead the dough for about 10 minutes
-let this rest for 30 mins
-shape the dough into thinner logs and cut each log crosswise about 12 times
-roll each piece out into round shapes – make sure the dough is pretty thin

For the filling:

๐Ÿ“Œ1 chicken breast/thigh
๐Ÿ“Œhandful of mushrooms
๐Ÿ“Œbrown onion
๐Ÿ“Œspices – paprika, garlic/onion powder, soy sauce

-Chop up all of your ingredients into really tiny pieces, you can even use a blender for this
-fry them off for a few minutes to make sure you dont get salmonella
-add a teaspoon of this mixture into each dough disc

And do your best to fold them without making them look crap…
One tip is to make sure you flour each gyoza if youโ€™re going to be storing them together as they really stick and can rip easily.
