Egg Fried Rice 🍤🍤
The quickest go to meal to throw whatever you’ve got in! Super Easy to make
In a frying pan, add your veggies and protein – i used carrot, edamame beans, chicken thigh and prawns. Cook this until veggies have softened and the protein is cooked through. Then move this mixture to one side and crack about 3 eggs to one side of the pan. Scramble these and then mix them back in with the rest of the mixture – make sure they are undercooked at this stage as they will continue to cook after.
Then add in your pre-cooked rice and mix in to get rid of clumps. Add your sauces:
Dark soy sauce
Mix this all so the rice gets the flavours through and then add some sesame seeds.
