Cottage Pie 🥧
Chop up some chicken thighs and season with paprika, oregano, salt/pepper. Fry up with some chopped onion and leek and then add garlic.
Cut 2 carrots into small cubes and add them in, as well as some peas and sweetcorn. Add a chicken stock cube and some water and let this simmer for 5 minutes. Then add a tablespoon of flour to thicken up the sauce. Adjust your seasonings and add some more parsley.
For the mash, peel and chop equal parts of potato to parsnip and add to a pot with boiling water. Once softened, drain and add some milk, butter and cheese.
Add your chicken mixture to an ovenproof dish and then top it up with the mash. Leave in the oven on high heat until the top is crispy.
