Chickpea & Avocado Bagel 🥯

Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas. In a large mixing bowl, mash them up roughly and then add in a mashed avocado. Crumble some feta cheese for added flavour. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and some olive oil, salt and pepper.
Then boil your eggs for 7 minutes (after water is boiling)
Toast your bagel and spread some mayo before plating and add some salad to top it off
