Breaded Turkey with Veg & Mash 🍽
Season some turkey breast with garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper (if possible do this a few hours before cooking)
The breadcrumbs are made out of whatever leftover toasted bread you have. Pop it into a food processor with some salt/pepper and garlic powder.
Coat the turkey breast with these breadcrumbs and make sure to pat down so they stick well. fry these on medium heat for about 5 mins on each side.
For the veg, I chopped up some brussels sprouts, courgette, mushroom and red onion. Fry these on medium heat until soft, season to taste. Add in 2 teaspoons of honey and mix well.
