35g porridge oats
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 apple (3/4 grated and the other 1/4 cut up for topping)
2 teaspoons of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds
A drizzle of honey for the topping
This makes for the most delicious and filling breakfast!
