Ακολουθήστε το eatveganbabe για περισσότερα νόστιμα φαγητά 💚🌱. . 🌾😍 Κινέζικες πίτες με σχοινόπρασο! .⠀ 📷 by thefoodietakesflight .⠀ Συνταγή: .⠀ Φτιάχνει 12 πίτες⠀ Για τη ζύμη⠀ ¾ φλιτζάνι + 1 κουταλιά της σούπας χλιαρό νερό⠀ 2 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι για όλες τις χρήσεις, συν περισσότερο ή ξεσκονίζοντας ⠀ 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού λάδι κανόλα ή άλλο ουδέτερο λάδι⠀ ½ κουτ. αλάτι⠀ ⠀ Για τη γέμιση⠀ 100 γρ. νουντλς από ξηρό φιδέ, κάνει 2 φλιτζάνια ζυμαρικά επανυδατωμένα ⠀ 2 φλιτζάνια (100 γρ.) σχοινόπρασο ψιλοκομμένο ⠀ 1 μέτριο τριμμένο καρότο (κάνει 1 φλιτζάνι)⠀ 1 φλιτζάνι (150 γρ.) μανιτάρια σιτάκε σε φέτες μανιτάρια κανόλα ή λάδι κανόλας⠀1 άλλο ουδέτερο λάδι⠀ 1 ½ κουταλάκι του γλυκού αλάτι, ή περισσότερο κατά βούληση⠀ 1-2 κουταλιές της σούπας σάλτσα σόγιας, ή περισσότερο για γεύση⠀ 1 κουταλιά της σούπας σουσάμι⠀ ½ κουταλιά της σούπας σησαμέλαιο⠀ ⠀ Για το μαγείρεμα⠀ 12 κουταλιές της σούπας νερό, χωρισμένο σε 4 παρτίδες των 3 σούπας το καθένα⠀ 4 κουταλιές της σούπας λάδι, χωρισμένο σε 4 παρτίδες της 1 κουταλιάς σούπας η καθεμία⠀ ⠀ Για τη ζύμη⠀ Προσθέστε 2 φλιτζάνια αλεύρι σε ένα μπολ ανάμειξης. Δημιουργήστε μια λακκούβα στο κέντρο του μπολ και ρίξτε το χλιαρό νερό.⠀ Χρησιμοποιήστε μια ξύλινη κουτάλα ή σπάτουλα για να ανακατέψετε το αλεύρι με το νερό. Μόλις η ζύμη αρχίσει να ενώνεται προσθέτουμε 1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού λάδι. Χρησιμοποιήστε τα χέρια σας για να ανακατέψετε τα κομμάτια της ζύμης. Ζυμώνουμε μαζί για αρκετά λεπτά. Αν η ζύμη είναι λίγο στεγνή, προσθέστε λίγο νερό.⠀ Πλάθετε τη ζύμη σε μπάλα και στη συνέχεια τη βάζετε σε ένα μπολ. Το σκεπάζουμε με μια υγρή πετσέτα και το αφήνουμε να ξεκουραστεί για 30 λεπτά.⠀ ⠀ Για τη γέμιση⠀ Κόβουμε τα noodles σε μικρά κομμάτια ½ ίντσας. Στραγγίζουμε το περιττό νερό και το αφήνουμε στην άκρη.⠀ Ζεσταίνουμε ένα τηγάνι. Προσθέστε 1 κουταλιά της σούπας κανόλα ή άλλο ουδέτερο λάδι. Όταν το λάδι είναι ζεστό, προσθέστε το σχοινόπρασο, τα καρότα και τα μανιτάρια. Μαγειρέψτε σε μέτρια δυνατή φωτιά για 4-5 λεπτά μέχρι να μαλακώσουν τα καρότα. Προσθέστε τα noodles. Ρίχνουμε τη σάλτσα σόγιας, το αλάτι, το σουσάμι και το λάδι. Ανακατεύουμε καλά με μια ξύλινη κουτάλα ή σπάτουλα και ψήνουμε για άλλα 2-3 λεπτά σε μέτρια φωτιά. Μεταφέρετε σε σουρωτήρι για να στραγγίξουν τα περιττά υγρά από τα λαχανικά και μετά αφήστε στην άκρη να κρυώσουν όσο ετοιμάζετε τα περιτυλίγματα.⠀ ⠀ Επαναλάβετε για τα υπόλοιπα τυλιχτά.⠀
